Animal Print Decor

Animal Print is a 'Good Thing'

Getting Wild With Animal Print Décor

I am obsessed with anything leopard. It is my 'signature' design. Most designers have a certain design style or trend that is a 'sure thing'. Animal print décor is also on my list of Good Things. Whatever the style: traditional, contemporary, or transitional, I can always mix in some sort of décor in leopard, cheetah, zebra, giraffe, or cowhide.

I prefer the neutral color animal prints in brown, tan, black, ivory, bone, or white. But, you can now find these prints in many colors: red, blue, green, yellow, and many more shades.

Add animal print décor to your design in small amounts. Too much of this 'good thing' can take the style from chic and sophisticated to overwhelming. Sprinkle in the animal prints in the room by adding a couple of throw pillows, lamp, area rug, armchair, or ottoman that has this design motif.

I also have this Uttermost Malawi table lamp in my Great Room. It will go with any color scheme.

This Uttermost Kimoni Wingback Chair comes in a deep brown color.

A modern cowhide fabric is shown on this Uttermost Chalina Armchair.

I used a couple of custom zebra print throw pillows with this monochromatic color scheme.

The leopard design wallpapers I used in these powder rooms are Classic and will always be in style.
